Terms and Conditions for LMS TempForce

LMS TempForce is an employment agency that connects temporary workers with event clients. We do not employ the workers directly. We act as a facilitator, connecting clients with qualified individuals for temporary event positions.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all event-related activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Clients must provide accurate and complete information about the event and the required roles.
4. Worker Responsibilities
Workers are responsible for adhering to all instructions provided by the event client and LMS TempForce. Workers must maintain professional conduct and uphold the standards of the event.
5. Fees and Payments
LMS TempForce charges fees to clients for its services. Details regarding fees are available upon request. Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between LMS TempForce and the client.
6. Liability
LMS TempForce is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by clients or workers in connection with events. Clients and workers are responsible for their own actions and safety.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
8. Modifications
LMS TempForce reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Site.
